By downloading or using the Replyr app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Replyr is an AI-powered tool that helps you generate outreach messages (DMs). You provide context — we generate message suggestions. What you do with those messages is entirely up to you.
You agree to use Replyr responsibly. You may not use the app to:
— Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
— Harass, threaten, or harm other people.
— Generate or send illegal or discriminatory content.
— Violate any applicable laws or platform rules.
You are fully responsible for the messages you choose to send.
Replyr uses AI to generate message suggestions. We do not guarantee that generated messages will result in replies, conversions, or any specific outcome. Results will vary. Use your own judgement before sending any message.
Replyr offers a free tier with a limited number of lifetime message generations. A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited access. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Messages generated using your inputs belong to you — we claim no ownership over your output. The Replyr app itself, including its design, branding, and code, belongs to Replyr.
Replyr is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed opportunities, account restrictions on other platforms, or any indirect loss.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Replyr after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
