At Replyr, your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe. We keep things simple and honest.
Replyr is committed to protecting your personal information. We only collect what we need to provide the service, and we never sell your data to third parties.
We collect the following information when you use Replyr:
— Your authentication details (email address or login via Apple / Google) when you create an account.
— The inputs you provide in the app (such as target person, goal, and tone) to generate messages.
— Basic usage data (e.g. how often you use the app) to help us improve the product.
Your data is used exclusively to:
— Generate DM messages based on your inputs.
— Manage and secure your account.
— Improve the performance and quality of the app.
— Provide support when you contact us.
Your account data is securely stored via Supabase. Message inputs are processed by Anthropic's AI to generate responses and are not permanently stored after delivery. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.
You are responsible for the content you choose to generate and send using Replyr. Please use the app ethically and in accordance with the platform guidelines of wherever you send your messages.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and secure communications. No system is 100% secure, but we take data protection seriously.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of Replyr after changes means you accept the updated policy.
